On September 9, 2024, the Supreme People’s Court held a press conference to release the Annual Report on Judicial Review of Commercial Arbitration (2023). The Report provides a comprehensive overview of the developments and achievements in the judicial review of commercial arbitration cases in China during 2023.

The first part of the Report highlights the significant progress made in the judicial review of commercial arbitration cases in 2023. The second part of the Report provides a detailed summary of the arbitration judicial review cases handled by courts across China in 2023. The third part of the Report compiles and analyzes over 30 case studies, summarizing the standards and principles for judicial review of arbitration.
