CMAC Greater Bay Area Arbitration Center (South China Sub-Commission) Signed The Co-Construction Agreement of The China-ASEAN Commercial Arbitration Cooperation Center with The Guangxi Arbitration Association
On the morning of September 26, 2024, CMAC Greater Bay Area Arbitration Center (South China Sub-Commission) signed the Co-Construction Agreement of the China-ASEAN Commercial Arbitration Cooperation Center with Guangxi Arbitration Association in Nanning, Guangxi.
China-ASEAN Commercial Arbitration Cooperation Center is a non-profit international commercial arbitration exchange and cooperation platform established by Guangxi Arbitration Association as the main sponsor and jointly initiated by China and ASEAN countries’ arbitration institutions, legal service institutions, business associations, universities and think tanks, etc. under the initiative and support of the Ministry of Justice of the People’s Republic of China and the People’s Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.
According to the Agreement, CMAC Greater Bay Area Arbitration Center will join the China-ASEAN Commercial Arbitration Cooperation Center as a co-construction unit, actively participate in the collaboration of the arbitration industry, and widely promote the training of commercial arbitration talents, theoretical research, and cooperation in resource sharing.
