With the approval of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, the General Office of the State Council recently issued The 2024 Legislative Work Plan (the Legislative Plan) of the State Council.

To strengthen the construction of foreign-related legal frameworks, the Legislative Plan includes the draft revisions of the Arbitration Law, the Anti-Money Laundering Law, the Maritime Law and so on. Additionally, the Legislative Plan outlines legislative projects for comprehensively deepening reforms, transforming government functions, addressing urgent national security needs, and accelerating the modernization of national defense and the military.
