The Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court on Several Issues Concerning the Application of the General Provisions of the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China on Contracts, which was adopted at the 1889 Meeting of the Judicial Committee of the Supreme People's Court on May 23, 2023, is hereby promulgated and shall come into force as of December 5, 2023.
