CMAC attends the 7th pacific law forum

On October 13-15, 2023, The 7th Pacific Legal Forum was held in Vladivostok, Russia, co-organized by the Association of Mediators and Brokers of the Asia-Pacific Region (AMAP), the Far Eastern Federal University (FEFU) of Russia, the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Primorsky Krai of Russia, and the International Academy of Silk Roads (IASR). With the theme of "Turning East: Legal Systems and Changing Trends in Countries in the Age of Globalization and Digitization", the forum focused on the changing development of dispute resolution systems in Pacific countries in the current context.

Dr. Chen Bo, CMAC Deputy Secretary General, was invited to be the guest speaker at the opening ceremony. Dr. Chen Bo firstly congratulated the successful convening of the forum and briefly introduced the latest business development of CMAC to the guests. She said that with the continuous promotion of the national initiative of "One Belt, One Road" and the rapid development of China-Russia trade, CMAC will give full play to its arbitration service function and recruit more experts who are well versed in the laws of China and Russia to join the team of arbitrators, so as to provide solid legal protection for the Chinese and Russian enterprises. She expressed her sincere wishes for the 65th anniversary of the Law School of the Far Eastern Federal University, and looked forward to strengthening practical cooperation between the two sides in arbitration law research and foreign-related rule of law talent training.
