On 25 July, the China Maritime Safety Administration (MSA) issued a service announcement on its official website to implement a nationwide “Non-Stop Navigation ” services for the transfer of nationality of vessel. For vessels registered with the directly affiliated maritime bureaus and their subordinate branches, if there is a need to apply for services such as vessel registration cancellation, vessel name approval, ship ownership registration, and issuance of vessel nationality certificates due to changes in ownership, changes in the owner’s domicile, or alterations to the vessel’s route, innovative services like “synchronized processing” for registration cancellation and “Non-Stop Navigation”services for the transfer of vessels' nationality will be provided.
