Premier Li Qiang recently signed an order of the State Council of the People's Republic of China to issue the Decision of the State Council to Amend and Repeal Certain Administrative Regulations.This Decision comes into force on the date of issuance(July 20,2023). Certain clauses of 14 administrative regulations including Regulations of the People's Republic of China on International Ocean Shipping and Regulation of the People's Republic of China on Road Transport were amended,and one administrative regulation (the Trial Measures for Product Quality Supervision) was repealed.
