Since 2022, CMAC has held the “CMAC Cup” Maritime and Commercial Arbitration Essay Competition on an annual basis, together with a seminar on “Cultivation and Career Planning for Foreign-related Legal Talents”. The CMAC Cup has received long-term support from universities across China, as well as an enthusiastic response to submissions from participants affiliated universities, law firms, arbitration institutions, people’s courts at all levels, and other relevant bodies. Selected award-winning papers have, upon recommendation, been published in the China Review of Maritime and Commercial Arbitration, garnering extensive attention and high praise from the industry.
