March 15, 2025, the Conference on the Promotion of the Construction of Foreign-related Legal Bases of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL) co-organized by CUPL, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Justice, and the People's Government of Chaoyang District, Beijing was successfully held in Beijing. The conference officially launched the Foreign-related Rule of Law Base of CUPL (Chaoyang, Beijing). More than 300 attendees including leaders of government and relevant departments, representatives of cooperative universities, international organizations, enterprises and institutions, arbitration institutions, law firms and other practical institutions, as well as representatives of teachers and students of universities attended the event onsite. Yang Fan, Deputy Secretary-General of CMAC and Vice Chairperson of the Arbitration Court was invited to attend the conference. At the signing ceremony of the CUPL and major arbitration institutions as well as relevant law firms, Deputy Secretary-General Yang Fan signed the cooperation agreement on behalf of CMAC.
